August 2010 update:
Ireland, Portugal, Argentina, Iceland and Mexico in dark blue/blue.

A US Federal Judge Overturned California's Same-Sex Marriage Ban but has temporarily stayed his ruling. There will be an oral argument during the week of December 6, 2010, in San Francisco to decide whether to execute his ruling or not.

Jammu and Kashmir are still Orange while the rest of India is gray because there's no legal persecution for consenting adults who engage in homosexual activities. [link]
